On the occasion of celebrating the 40thanniversary of the opening and reform, a series of animated short films “ThingsYou Must Know” produced by the Online Film and Television Center of the CommunistYouth League and China Publishing Group Digital Media Company is launchedonline. It consists of 5 episodes, 5 minutes each, including “The Horn of theTimes”, “The Change of Consumption”, “Spring Breeze in My Heart”, “Our GoodLife”, “The Prosperous Future”.

As a cultural product celebrating the 40thanniversary of the opening and reform, “Things You Must Know” applies the formof animated short films loved by teenagers to demonstrate the brilliantachievements of the opening and reform. From the perspective of youth, the filmvividly showed that the opening and reform complied with the historicalrequirements of the Chinese people for development, innovation, and a betterlife. It also showed that the opening and reform not only profoundly changedChina, but also affected the world in a positive way.
