On July 17, the Fifth Beijing Cultural Consumption Season for Public Benefits, sponsored byBeijing State-owned Cultural Assets Management Center, Beijing Municipal Bureauof Culture and Tourism, Beijing Municipal Radio and Television Bureau, Beijing Municipal Administration of Cultural Heritage, co-sponsored by 21 administrations, including Beijing Municipal Commission of Development andReform, and 16 district governments, opened in the Capital Museum. With "Culturalprojects for public benefits" as the aim and "Inheritance, Innovationand Promotion" as the main line, the consumption season of this yearhighlights the theme of "to benefit people’s lives with cultures gatheringin Beijing". It keeps in line with the themes of the times: theconstruction of "three cultural zones" and "the Belt and Road", the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei,preparations for the Winter Olympics, inheritance of excellent traditionalculture and upgrading of digital creative industries, giving priority to the developmentof cultural and creative industry. It fully reflects the new contents, newformats, new models and new markets of the structural reform of the culturalsupply side, so as to form a new feature of cultural consumption and strive forboth economic and social benefits.
It is the second time for the"Manxiang Caricature Cultural Festival" sponsored by China PublishingGroup Digital Media Co., Ltd. to be selected into the Beijing culturalconsumption season. It was selected into the column of “Fashion Taste”, while the "Miya Star" was selected into the column of “The Charm of Bookand Art”.
"Manxiang Caricature Cultural Festival" is an off-line art activity launched by the Manxiang platform of China Publishing Group Digital Media Co., Ltd. and itssigned painters. It is composed of four parts: Manxiang painters entering thecampus, Manxiang painters entering the community, Manxiang painters enteringthe exhibition and Manxiang Seminar. Through holding the cultural festival, theartists could communicate with the public face to face, so as to enhance thebrand power of Manxiang and the influence of excellent original Manxiangpainters, thus promoting Manxiang to the public cultural life.
